Typically for a basic service on a 4cyl 3.0ltr Mercruiser £135, 6cyl 4.3ltr £160.00 inc parts + VAT.
- Servicing on - Mercruiser, Volvo, OMC and Sonic
- All work undertaken from a simple check over and oil change to a complete case servicing, comprising of a total strip down and re-shimming with new seals and rebuild.
Case service on Alpa 1 Gen 2 typically in the region of £200.00 + parts and VAT - please call for an estimate.

Pre Purchase Surveys
A thorough inspection of the engines, outdrives, steering & controls. All the things that a normal hull structural survey does not usually include. For instance a compression test , engine run, oil check etc. A written report on the things you really want to know!
Following a recent report costing the customer £150.00 - the purchase price was reduced by a further £2500.00!
Charges
- For a check of steering, controls, general condition of engines including running them where possible.
Checking operation of gears, trim & tilt, gauges, oil pressure etc and a providing you with a written report...................................................................£150.00 + VAT
- In addition to the above and a compression test........................................................................£50.00 + VAT
- In additions to the above and an oil analysis........£65.00 + VAT
The oil analysis will test for engine condition by checking oil viscosity & content. This may show oxidation due to overheating or contamination by fuel or water. This could indicate equipment wear, faulty injection, improper combustion and/or blocked filters
